Carla began her care career in Social Care as an Activity Coordinator promoting engagement through activities and positive communication, moving into education she engages learners of all levels with her knowledge and passion, for risk-positive, person-centred care. She delivers a wide range of training and supports learning on Dementia Care, Safeguarding, and Mental Capacity topics.

Care Education Team Leader
Charlie is a Care Education Team Leader, with a diverse background in nursing, home care, and supported living. She specialises in medication governance and dementia care, with a passion for neuroscience, psychology, and raising care standards.
Davyd
Leadership & Commercial Education Manager
Davyd is a Leadership Education Manager. Starting his care journey through movement and dance for people with learning disabilities, then gaining over 25 years’ experience in HR based Leadership, specialising in growing teams. He is a specialist in leadership psychology and team dynamics by working with leaders, their teams and in house trainers. As a Certified Professional Behaviours Analyst he shares his passion for impactful leadership.

After nearly a decade delivering training to front line staff in areas such as neurodiversity, autism, and mental health conditions Jake has a wealth of knowledge to share. His journey began with mentoring students with autism, igniting a passion for care. His focus areas continue to grow through the interaction he has with his learners, who he encourages to share their experiences in the classroom.

Jess brings over a decade of experience in health and social care, progressing from frontline roles to senior management. Now a Senior Care Tutor, she specialises in Positive Behaviour Support, learning disabilities, care planning, and medication management, nurturing others to grow their career in the sector.

Joanna is an experienced Care Education Manager with over a decade in the social care sector. Starting her career in frontline roles, including managing services for individuals with complex needs, she has since specialised in workforce development, training delivery, and quality improvement. Passionate about empowering others and driving meaningful change, Joanna has led large-scale education initiatives in collaboration with the NHS, local authorities, and care providers to elevate care standards and build staff capability.

Senior Care Leadership Educator
Natasha is a Senior Care Leadership Educator, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector specialising in advocacy. Passionate about empowering individuals to live according to their own values, Natasha specialises in mental capacity, safeguarding, advocacy, and inclusive culture. She leads the design and delivery of impactful, bespoke training programs that elevate leadership and care standards across the sector.

Senior Care Tutor
Nicola is a Senior Care Tutor with a deep commitment to person-centred care. With experience across home and supported living environments, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge, especially in community support, safeguarding, and empowering independence. Nicky is also passionate about First Aid and brings these sessions to life in a face-to-face environment – if you need this in your service, Nicky can come to you!
