Culture survey
What is the culture survey service?
The CPA Culture Survey is an easy way to gather feedback that will highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the organisational culture and care delivery. Staff and people using the service complete electronic questionnaires designed to provide valuable feedback on both the workforce culture and how culturally appropriate is the care being provided.

This is a user friendly and quick online survey, which is anonymous, and the final reports are easy to read and include any comments given. The reports also provide suggested development plans from the results that can be included in the Service Improvement Plan. The reports will support care providers to evidence to CQC, Contract Monitoring and families that they are committed to impartially monitoring and improving the culture of the workplace and the care and support given. The workplace culture element is based on the NHS 6Cs (Competence, Commitment, Care, Communication, Courage, Compassion) delivering feedback on how staff feel their employer meets these areas. The culturally appropriate care element is based on the DHSC 7 Universal Sector Values (Kind, Compassionate and Empathetic; Honest Trustworthy and Reliable; Respect; Courageous and Principled; See the Whole Person; Flexible Open and Learning; Proud and Positive), delivering feedback on how people using the service and staff feel the organisation meets these areas. |
