Your step-by-step guide to joining
Follow these simple steps to activate your membership and start saving.
Step 1: START YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE

- On the application form, find the ‘Employment Type’ drop-down menu and select ‘Pre-approved Membership’.
Step 1: COMPLETE YOUR DETAILS
3.Add your personal information: name, phone number, and email address.
4. Verify your email address by entering the code sent to your inbox.
5. Complete the rest of the form as required.
6. When prompted with ‘Where did you first hear about us?’ please enter: ‘Through my Employer’.
Step 3: checkout & initial access
4.Proceed to checkout and complete your payment for the chosen membership.
5. You will receive an email confirmation from Costco. The primary member can start ordering online immediately.
Step 4: collect your physical membership card(s)
To get your card for warehouse shopping, you must visit a Costco warehouse; costco.co.uk/store-finder.
You MUST bring the following three items:
- Your email membership confirmation from Costco.
- 1 piece of photo ID (e.g., driving licence or passport).
- Confirmation of your CPA membership.
- How to do this: Log into your CPA member profile on your phone and show the screen to the warehouse staff.
- VERY IMPORTANT: Your profile MUST display your photo and clearly show that you are on Tier 1 or above.
