We are proud to offer you new award-winning training through The Care Professional Academy! These are quality, interactive, certificated courses with a live experienced trainer on Zoom, in our exclusive virtual classrooms.
Scholars Programme
Open to all Care Professionals on Tier 3 and above who are leading or managing staff.
The Scholars programme is a great opportunity for up to 25 Scholars to study Change Management & Project Management whilst implementing a Change Management Project in the workplace, fully funded by Care Professional Academy.
The key elements of the Scholar programme includes:
- Skills for Care Leading Change Improving Care Certificate
- Project Management principles
- Linked to NICE Guidelines
Self-Directed Learning Workbooks
Are you in between refreshers, and want to increase or revisit a core subject to increase your knowledge, confidence and skills?
We have a range of free workbooks you can work through and then discuss with your manager in your 1:1 or supervision, and include as part of your competency assessment.
These are available for your own use, to support your continued professional development and support you to deliver best practice.
