Carla is an Educator who began her social care career as an Activity Coordinator, promoting engagement through meaningful activities and positive communication. Since moving into education, she has supported learners at all levels, sharing her knowledge and passion for risk-positive, person-centred care. She delivers a wide range of training and supports learning on Dementia Care, Safeguarding, and Mental Capacity topics.

Charlie is the Education Team Leader, with a diverse background in nursing, home care, and supported living. She combines her practical experience with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred education and supporting the continued development of the training team.
Davyd
Leadership & Commercial Education Manager
Davyd is a Leadership Education Manager. Starting his care journey through movement and dance for people with learning disabilities, then gaining over 25 years’ experience in HR based Leadership, specialising in growing teams. He is a specialist in leadership psychology and team dynamics by working with leaders, their teams and in house trainers. As a Certified Professional Behaviours Analyst he shares his passion for impactful leadership.

Educator
Jake is an Educator with nearly a decade of experience in social care. His areas of expertise include neurodiversity, autism and mental health conditions, and he brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insight to every learning experience. His journey began with mentoring students with autism, igniting a passion for care. His focus areas continue to grow through the interaction he has with his learners, who he encourages to share their experiences in the classroom.
Joanna
Education and Quality Assurance Team Manager
Joanna is the Education and Quality Assurance Team Manager, with more than a decade of experience in the social care sector. She began her career in frontline roles, progressing to manage services for people with complex needs before specialising in workforce development, training delivery and quality improvemen. Passionate about empowering others and driving meaningful change, Joanna has led large-scale education initiatives in collaboration with the NHS, local authorities, and care providers to elevate care standards and build staff capability.
Natasha
Senior Care Leadership Educator
Natasha is a Senior Care Leadership Educator, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector specialising in advocacy. Passionate about empowering individuals to live according to their own values, Natasha specialises in mental capacity, safeguarding, advocacy, and inclusive culture. She leads the design and delivery of impactful, bespoke training programs that elevate leadership and care standards across the sector.
Nicola
Senior Educator
Nicola is a Senior Educator with a deep commitment to person-centred care. With experience across home and supported living environments, she brings extensive practical knowledge of community support, safeguarding and empowering people to live as independently as possible. Nicky is also passionate about First Aid and brings these sessions to life in a face-to-face environment – if you need this in your service, Nicky can come to you!
